REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but for whatever reason you’re not then you’re entitled to a full refund. 

We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. 

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, then please return it to us at your own cost. The item(s) being returned need to still be sealed and unopened for a refund to apply. 

Consumables which have been opened (unless faulty) and not packaged correctly upon receipt back to us will not qualify for a refund. 

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be made via your original payment method.
